Shipping policy

EJ Clay Creations offers $6 FLAT RATE SHIPPING within the United States. 

All orders will be shipped through USPS and will arrive based on the shipping rate your purchased. You will receive a tracking number via email, so make sure to include your email at checkout. In the event the shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned back to me, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship. So, please make sure you review your shipping address before continuing your purchase. 

Once the package is turned over to the post office, I'm  not responsible for any lost/delayed package or problems during the shipment process, since the package is no longer in my hands. If you have any issues tracking your package or other issues, please contact me via email. I will always do my best to help, but the best way to find a solution is to reach out to USPS, as they will have more control over the situation than I do.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed, since all the items are carefully handmade from scratch and packaged by me. 

If you need your order by a specific date (or sooner than the current processing time) please let me know and I will do my best to get it to you sooner.

Transit time varies based on your location, holidays, and carrier delays. Typically, it should be within 5-8 days although delays can occasionally happen.

 

International Shipping

Everything up above still applies to international orders as well. The only difference would be the shipping cost and transit times, that could probably take 7-12 days depending on your location. 

Please keep in mind that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees charged by your country. These fees are determined by your local customs and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the item price or shipping cost. 

Because every country has different customs policies, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. While we'll always do our best to get your package on its way safely, we unfortunately can't control customs processing times, delays, or fees that may be charged once your order arrives in your country. 

USPS does not provide me with information on which countries charge customs, or how much the fees are. Please use a customs calculator to estimate duty fees in your country.
